Cambodia has shortage of capable human resource
The number of people seeking for jobs has been on the rise each day. However, companies, organizations and institutions are relentlessly complaining that human resource is both scarce and of low quality. Many students who have just graduated for about a year or two say they are facing deep trouble finding jobs in Cambodia now because the job market seems to be shrinking from year to year. Some of them are still unemployed or struggling to have a full-time job while those holding master degrees find it hard to get a good job.
